I started NorthStar Career Directions after more than twenty-five years in progressive Human Resources leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies. It was an incredible journey to develop a wealth of Human Resources expertise. I wanted to use my knowledge to help others feel confident and rewarded, and I’ve never been more fulfilled.
Serving is important to me, both in my work and in my community. In my free time, I work with animal rescue groups, volunteer at our local hospice with my therapy dogs and support career development initiatives with various non-profits. NorthStar Career Directions supports charitable causes, financially and with hands-on action.
